Integrated surface finishing service: corrosion protection, decoration and functionality.
Anodizing (most common): electrochemical process creating a dense oxide film — corrosion resistance, wear resistance, colorable. Anodizing quality by series: 6xxx > 5xxx > 3xxx > 1xxx > 2xxx ≈ 7xxx; 6063 anodizes finer than 6061; 2024 can be hard anodized. Other options: passivation, sandblasting (matte), brushing (decorative), plating, powder coating (outdoor/large parts).
Note: outdoor 6061 parts must be anodized or otherwise treated; 1xxx anodizes only moderately and scratches easily.

Passivation is the most common copper treatment: prevents oxidation and green rust. Mirror polishing removes CNC tool marks on red/T2 copper. Plating: nickel (anti-oxidation/wear), gold (conductivity, electronics), chrome (wear/decorative), tin (H62 solderability).
We offer integrated "CNC machining + surface finishing + inspection + delivery" service (some finishing steps via partner workshops), so you don't manage multiple suppliers. Assembly on request.
