Quality Control

• 100% final inspection (not sampling) before shipment — defects don't reach you.
• CMM (coordinate measuring machine) reports available on request.
• Process: incoming material check → first-article inspection → in-process sampling → final 100% inspection → report (on request) → delivery.
• Surface roughness and visual checks for tool marks, scratches and oxidation.

Material Precision Notes

6061/6063/7075 aluminum and brass H59/H62 achieve high precision; 1xxx pure aluminum and T1/T2 copper are softer and harder to hold tight tolerances — special parameters required.
